How do I upload catalog for a specific channel and category?
Just need to upload master data to Blumangoes through excel sheet, no need to upload data specifically for each channel.
I am not able to download the catalog template?
Export data > Block> portal name >lot number>Get lot data> click on red download button
I am not able to upload catalog?
Catalog can be uploaded on seller panel of market place in regular way
I am getting an error while uploading the images and/or the catalog sheet?
Refer “Export error data” button in import section or go to export data and download Error file by selecting block> lot number>get error sheet
How do I know that I have successfully uploaded the catalog lot?
You will get a tick mark popup stating “File uploaded to server” and then another pop up stating “Do you want to merge data to existing lot”, here you should put lot name/number which you can refer to export/find data in Blumangoes
What dimensions and size of images do I need to upload?
Do I need to upload images of separate dimensions and sizes for each channel or category?

Multi accounts are supported, inform Blumangoes team in advance before account creation.

How many logins/user accesses under same account can be created?
At least one account is given to each organization and if you require multiple login please contact our support team.

Can I restrict access of each login?
Yes possible to restrict at certain level but the data would be save in single database so if any user makes any change it is changed in Master data.
What all type of roles can be assigned to different users and how?
All roles to different users can be provided as per organization’s requirement.
